Pine Lodge is a beautiful large house situated in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds with stunning views over undulating countryside. It is ideal for a countryside retreat, family holiday or a special occasion. The house has plenty to keep you occupied with the following activities at the property:-Indoor heated swimming pool-Sauna-Table tennis table-Pool table-Children's Play room-Karaoke machine- Sky TV-Free WifiAccommodationWe have 6 bedrooms for Bed and Breakfast comprising:One king size room which is our master bedroom. This has an en-suite with the luxury of a Jacuzzi and steam shower. One double room with an en-suite shower room and separate toilet (just outside the bedroom).Three twin room two with en-suite shower rooms and one with a bath and shower.One large family room with 2 double beds and a spare mattress. This has a large en-suite shower room.We have 2 cots which we can set up on request. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to cater for themselves for lunch and dinner. We have plenty of fridge and freezer space and all cooking equipment is supplied. Tea and coffee is supplied in the kitchen. Please note it is a shared kitchen so storage of any food or drink is at your own risk. We ask all residents to leave the kitchen as they found it after use. Alternatively the local pub offers a fantastic menu and will do take away fish and chips on request. The local town of Horncastle is only 6 miles away and has a large choice of restaurants and pubs. We also have a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.There is no-one at the property after 5pm. If guests arrive after this time there is a code for the front door and there are clear instructions on how to find their room and where everything is in the house. There is a number to call 24 hours a day if guests have any questions. Pre-booking is essential. As the house is also used for exclusive hire we ask people to call for bookings.Please note although late rooms take a credit card for booking we can only accept a cheque (must be paid 2 weeks before arrival) or cash on arrival.

From the south - Take the Peterborough turn off on the A1 sign posted Peterborough servicesFollow the bypass onto the A16 towards BostonContinue on the A16 for around 58 miles until you see a sign for calceby, take the turning to the left making sure you take the second fork not the first. Follow the road for around 3 miles until you see a sign for Tetford, turn left into the village and Pine Lodge is the first house in the village.From the North:Come off the M180 at Junction 5 onto the A18 towarsd the airportFollow the A18 until you reach Ludborough and turn right at the Junction. Follow the road around until you reach the junction for th A16 and turn right onto the A16. Follow the A16 until you see a signpost for TetfordTurn right towards Tetford and Pine Lodge is the first house in the village.
